Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative prospecting campaigns weekly using our sales engagement platform, consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
- Craft persuasive sales proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the unique value of our event management.
- Engage in contract negotiation processes, striving to secure favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, gaining insights into their business objectives and customizing events to align with their needs.
- Leverage industry insights to identify emerging trends and create tailored event solutions that meet customer needs while positioning our company as a leader in the market.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients acting as their primary point of contact to ensure their repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to assess progress against targets and guide future sales strategies.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
