Responsibilities:
1. Baking Expertise: Utilize your culinary skills to prepare a wide range of baked goods, including but not limited to bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins, and pies, following established recipes and techniques.
2. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all bakery products, paying attention to flavor, texture, appearance, and presentation.
3. Ingredient Preparation: Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients to create doughs, batters, and fillings, ensuring proper ratios and adherence to recipes.
4. Oven Management: Monitor baking times and temperatures, ensuring that products are baked to perfection while avoiding over or undercooking.
5. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, notifying the management when stocks need replenishment.
6. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and utensils.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with the kitchen staff, cafe team, and management to ensure smooth operations, timely production, and effective communication.
8. Creativity and Innovation: Contribute new ideas and suggestions for seasonal specials, menu improvements, and unique bakery offerings to keep customers excited and engaged.

Qualifications:
