Receiver - Watch Repair

en Bridge Jeweler's Corporate office located in Downtown Seattle is seeking a Watch Repair Receiver to join our Watch Repair Department.

The Watch Repair Receiver is responsible for checking in/out of inbound watch repairs into our internal web-based tracking system and partner manufacture tracking systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for check-in of all inbound to 840 repairs
• Check-in of all Rolex repairs in Rolex WSC
• Responsible for check-out of completed and outbound repairs
• Act as back-up to Aftersales Service and Brands service coordinator as needed
• Other duties as needed

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• 1 Years general office or other related experience
• Computer experience and competency
• Proficient with Microsoft office Suite – emphasis in publisher is preferred
• Able to set up and operate a variety of simple measuring devices such as calipers

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to retain composure and flexibility while under pressure.
• Computing skills/Typing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable dealing with prestige brands.

Working Standards:

• Will be required to work on site in office 5 days a week
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds may be required
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist and stand for long periods of time

Pay Range: $20.76 - $23.00 per hour

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
