Ben Bridge Jeweler is seeking a Distribution Assistant to join our team in the Distribution Department.
Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to assist in the processing of inventory and meeting strict deadlines. This is an entry level position with room for growth throughout our company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs morning pick-sort and bagging of outbound replenish merchandise.
- Verifies counts and merchandise and compares descriptions for accuracy.
- Ticketing
- Rechecks merchandise for damage or defects.
- Matches merchandise to transfers.
- Cross trains on multiple positions within the department.
- Sorts products to appropriate locations. Candidate should be able to lift and carry up to 25 Lbs.
- Other assorted distribution tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work some mandatory overtime on weekends seasonally
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage within strict timelines.
Interactions:
This position requires teamwork within the Distribution department and primarily interacts with Distribution Supervisors.
Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
