Estimator Collision/Body Shop

We are looking for an experienced Auto Body CSR/Estimator

The CSR/ESTIMATOR will be responsible for inspecting vehicles and creating accurate estimates that detail repair and labor costs, maintaining communication with customers throughout the repair process, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

We are looking for a driven and adaptable team-player, with excellent time management skills. We want someone willing to see the big picture and help the team win. Prefer experience in an Auto Body Collision environment. Bilingual a plus.

Job Duties:

• Take all necessary steps to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive experience.
• Write accurate estimates. Please cite which carriers you've written as a DRP in your resume.
• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including CSI, revenue, profitability, cycle time, low estimate-revision rate, etc.
• Positive, professional approach with vendors, insurance adjusters, and team.
• Take an active role in company sales
• Assure safety compliance

Requirements:

• 1 year CSR/Estimating experience in a body shop environment
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Highly organized
• Fantastic Follow Up Skills
• Understanding of mechanical components and associated repairs
