**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility in providing high-quality care to our residents. The LNHA will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Management:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and operational efficiency.
2. **Regulatory Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Prepare for and participate in inspections and audits by regulatory agencies.
3. **Financial Oversight:**
- Manage the facility’s budget, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Monitor billing processes and ensure timely reimbursement from insurance providers.
4. **Staff Management:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise nursing and support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
5. **Resident Care:**
- Advocate for residents’ rights and ensure a high standard of care is maintained.
- Address resident and family concerns promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications:**
