The Purpose of the Driver Supervisor is to effectively supervise local route drivers.
• Supervise drivers. • Train drivers on routes. • Work with Transportation manager on all driver issues. • Work with Router to establish profitable routes. • Perform duties by following the company's safety standards. • Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude, following dress code and cleanliness standards.
Job Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED - Work experience may be substituted for education. • Computer skills • Must have good customer service skills • Must have a good driving record with not more than 1 moving violation in the past three (3) years. • Applicant must pass required Drug and Physical Screening
Driver safety is important to Ben E. Keith. We use dash cameras which leverage artificial intelligence to recognize safe driving, capture safety events and improve driver safety performance.
