Position Summary and Responsibilities :
The purpose of the Reclamation Associate position is to assist the Inventory Control Manager with maintaining integrity in all pick slots of the warehouse.
- Accurate Counts of Inventory
- Keeping Inventory in Correct Locations
- Removing damaged product from locations
- Operating Forklift, pallet jack
- Repetitive lifting
- Must be able to lift 100lbs with no assistance
Work Schedule : M-F 7am-4pm
M-F 7am-4pm
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
- Able to read product lists and packages
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend
- Clean driving record
- Forklift, pallet jack experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to work at a height distance while using a lift (cannot be scared of heights)
- Able to read product lists and packages
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to handle product weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to repetitively lift.
- Ability to learn to operate heavy warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Must have normal use of shoulders, arms, wrist, hands, feet and legs.
- Must be able to work in different warehouse temperature zones
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and / or other sounds (e.g., machinery horns)
