Hiring Range: $91,312 - $111,604.

NATURE OF POSITION
Manage Agency’s project life cycle to include but not limited to coordination, set goals, initiative, track and support project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and interface with internal and external parties.
- Collaborate as part of a dedicated team of Project Managers to address the agency's diverse project needs, with a primary focus on service planning initiatives and the development of passenger facilities, including transit centers and bus stops; additional responsibilities may include supporting other agency projects as assigned.
- Define project scope, goals, and objectives, develop project timing and action plans, coordinate project implementation; inform and advise management staff of program progress; make necessary adjustments to facilitate meeting and maintaining key goals and objectives.
- Establish schedules and methods for providing administrative services; identify resource needs with appropriate management staff and allocate resources accordingly.
- Provide staff support to management by participating in various committees, preparing detailed staff reports, and delivering presentations or correspondence as needed
- Demonstrate proficiency or the ability to quickly learn and utilize project management software, such as Microsoft Project, to effectively plan, track, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate assigned program activities with other departments outside Agencies.
- As required, attend public meetings and hearings on department activities.
- Work with and maintain confidential information.
- Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field from an accredited institution and three (3) years of progressive responsibility in project management consulting and executive administration; or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution and four(4) years of progressive responsibility in project management consulting and executive administration. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification.
