Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries, explaining insurance options, and clarifying policies and billing
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- People-oriented with strong organizational and self-motivational abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to learn computer functions
- Proficient in various computer applications, particularly Windows
- Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (current) and willingness to obtain Life and Health license
- Associate's degree or higher required
