OBJECTIVES: To provide great service to customers and maintain a clean and friendly store to which patrons want to return. Make customers happy! Team Members will work with the team to provide excellent customer service, ensure that all tasks are completed fully, and support/comply with all operating systems. Our ideal candidates will be able to work independently, in a positive team environment, have reliable transportation, and flexible hours. Maintain knowledge of flavors, products, as well as Ben & Jerry’s. Know all menu item recipes and how to make them. Meet all customer needs Prepare and serve all orders (cups, cones, drinks, sundae’s, etc.) Event set up/clean up Answer customer questions Provide great customer service Understand basic register procedures Clocking-in/out Ringing up orders Credit card transactions Counting cash drawer Prepare basic menu items Waffle cones Baked goods – Cookies & Brownies Maintain well stocked/organized commissary and catering vehicles Maintain appropriate inventory levels with direction from management Appropriately marry bulks as needed Re-stock paper goods and supplies as needed Put away deliveries in proper place in a timely manner Maintain clean commissary environment Clean counters and shelves Dishwashing and utensil cleaning Sweep and mop floor De-frost freezers as needed Empty garbage cans regularly Adhere to all company policies On-time for work Dress requirements (clean B&J shirt, clean khaki pants, jeans or shorts (length must be business casual appropriate), socks and closed toed shoes. NO flip flops or sandals allowed. Personal Appearance (long hair must always be tied back, no visible piercings or tattoos, clean shaven, no excess jewelry) No smoking in or around event, customers, or commissary. Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and no vehicular infractions within the last 18 months.
