Requirements / Responsibilities
Team Lead Requirements :
- Ideal Team Leader candidates will have previous leadership experience and are eager to join a close-knit family, loves to have fun and is ready to learn how to run a successful store
- Also, must have a sense of community, and enjoy volunteering for local non-profits
- Be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Be able to push, pull, lift and carry 20lbs without assistance
- Be able to provide respectful customer service
- Open Flexibility : able to work Days / Nights / Weekends / Holidays
