We are currently hiring team members. We are looking for talented individuals to assist the Managers in the daily operations of the scoop shop. Work as a member of our team performing a variety of duties including scooping ice cream, handling cash, baking, cleaning and maintaining excellent customer service by being a flavor coach to our guests. We also want our team members to help educate our customers with menu item or flavor ingredients, our history and beliefs, or random trivia questions!

Plus, if you’re the kind of person who likes to take the cow by the horns there’s always room for advancement.

What we need from you:

* Responsible and dependable.

* Upbeat, optimistic, friendly.

* Flexibility in your schedule; there are day, evening and weekend shifts.

* Passion, and a thirst for knowledge, we expect you to know something about Ben & Jerry's, our mission statement and what makes our ice cream super premium.

* Previous job experience is preferred. Strong consideration given to people with catering, barista, server and customer service backgrounds.

* Extraordinary guest interaction, organizational and time management skills.

* Great attention to detail.

* Self motivated

* Must enjoy cleaning or not afraid to do it!

* MUST be able to lift 25 pounds.
