Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year * Maintains the "Peace, love and ice cream" culture at all times (greets customers, offers samples, demonstrates store pride, etc) * Follows all applicable food safety rules, (including dress code and food storage rules) * Use of POS system/ basic cash handling * Available late summer nights (past 11pm) and weekends (some holidays) * Must be watchful and controlling with labor and cost of goods matrix this is vital * Has to be accountable for driving sales up and keeping costs down Store Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits. Requirements/Responsibilities
Store Manager Requirements:
* Have an infectious smile and a sense of urgency
* Must love making people happy
* Must be able to work 6-8 hours on your feet
* Are able to lift at least 20 lbs
* Are able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Has a “can do” attitude and is a people person, has a infectious smile and willing to grow with our network
* Must have at least 2 years of retail food experience
* Must understand small business operations and all its related concepts
* Honest with integrity!
* Must be available to work the nights, weekends and holidays, this is a desert business, its not a 9-5 job
* Must understand technology and be great with social media and paperwork
Store Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits.
