Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch - our in-house training program for newly licensed agents
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week by making phone calls to leads in our database
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Enthusiastic about engaging with others and excel at building and sustaining professional connections.
- Strong desire to assist others, while dedicated to advancing your real estate and leadership expertise.
- Enjoy working with people
- Upbeat and cheerful demeanor
- Comfortable with extensive driving
- Skilled at assessing clients' preferences and aligning them with suitable properties

- High school diploma
- Possess a real estate license
