Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License in the state of Idaho
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent and closed 3-6 transactions
- Proven track record of successful property sales
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Treasure Valley and surrounding areas
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region
