Ben Martin Law Group is a national plaintiff's firm and a leader in mass tort litigation. Our firm is 100% plaintiff-focused, and our case load is a blend of mass tort and single-event cases. We are hiring a Senior Attorney for our Dallas, Texas office.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
- 5 years of personal injury experience
- Able to multi-task and handle a high-volume litigation docket
- Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation process
- Understand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case
- Depose parties and fact and expert witnesses
- Draft and argue motions
- Superior analytical issues and ability to analyze complex issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office and from time to time travel as required for trial or pre-trial requirements.
