- Utilize accounting software such as ATX and Quickbooks for accurate data entry and reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax legislation and public accounting practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information for tax preparation.
- Review completed tax returns for accuracy before submission.
*Tax Preparer Experience*
- Proven experience in technical accounting or tax preparation is preferred.
- Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building client relationships.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, particularly ATX and Quickbooks or similar programs.
