Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Pretzel Baker and Customer Service agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while Rolling and Baking to All BSP required Standards. This role requires a keen attention to detail and product consistency. A background in food handling is a plus. Please be dependable.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly, address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Manage money using our POS system and give correct change.
- Be organized and able to manage several tasks at once, while adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including all opening procedures.
- Able to lift 25lbs.
- Roll and Bake all BSP products to required standards with attention to detail.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers, team members and management are essential.
