Your Role: As the Tax Manager, you'll be the linchpin connecting our team and clients, collaborating directly with Senior Leadership and the Managing Partner to shape the strategic path of our client's tax services. You will:

• Oversee client engagements, focusing on business and individual returns, ensuring excellence and precision
• Offer strategic business insights to foster client growth
• Cultivate meaningful relationships based on trust with clients and colleagues
• Navigate and manage project risks effectively
• Spearhead engagements, guiding and mentoring associates toward professional excellence
• Contribute to our leadership conversations, helping steer the firm's growth with your insights

Who You Are:

• You hold a BBA/BS in Accounting, with an MBA/MS as a plus
• You bring 5 years of contemporary public accounting experience focused on pass-through entities and high-net-worth individual clients
• You possess deep understanding of complex tax issues, especially in partnership taxation and have a desire and passion to focus on the pro-active strategies of tax planning/consulting
• You're a CPA or EA or on your way to becoming one demonstrated by parts passed and future exams already scheduled for taking
• You're experienced with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and intricate partnership and S-Corp structures
• You're ready to hit the ground running, with a proven track record of success
