Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience.
You will manage reservations, greet guests, and assist with managing reservations -while maintaining a positive atmosphere in the restaurant. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to enhancing guest relations and ensuring their satisfaction.
The main focus is ensuring that our guests feel seen, valued & heard.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize the dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and reservation availability.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Utilize Toast POS system for orders & Resos for reservations/seating
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- A passion for helping others and providing excellent guest relations is key to success in this role.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
