Job Description
We are looking for a Florida licensed Attorney with judicial clerkship experience and / or 3 years of experience in Personal Injury.
The Associate Attorney's responsibilities will include all aspects of litigation including taking expert depositions, court appearances, jury trials, drafting and arguing motions, case management and oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process. S / he will be working in a fast-paced, litigation intensive practice and will be required to travel.
Requirements
