Concrete Lead/Laborer - Concrete Raising

Job Summary
Benchmark Concrete is seeking a skilled Lead/Laborer that is able to train on and complete concrete raising jobs. This position will start as a laborer and quickly move into a lead position where you are driving the company vehicle and completing the jobs.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and insert foam under the concrete for various projects, including sidewalks, driveways, etc.
• Perform caulking and plastering tasks to ensure a finished product meets quality standards.
• Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor as required on job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.

Experience

• Previous experience in concrete jacking or related construction fields is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with building techniques, renovation processes, and installation methods is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment used on-site.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 150 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
• A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to concrete work is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

• residential construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
