Benchmark Family Services (BFS) is a therapeutic foster care agency that contracts with the Department of Child Services to provide case management and services to children. BFS is committed to providing high quality services to all children, and promoting their safety, permanency, and wellbeing. BFS is located in Indianapolis, IN, with some flexibility for remote work.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Case Manager. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing case management services to children, including but not limited to: creating and implementing service plans, coordinating and monitoring services, conducting assessments, and facilitating team meetings. The Case Manager will also work collaboratively with other professionals, including therapists, service providers, and social workers. The role is located in Indianapolis, IN, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of child welfare and court procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals and stakeholders
- Experience with case management and service coordination
- Experience working with children and families, and knowledge of child development and trauma-informed care
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Valid Diver’s License
