- Provide clinical oversight for behavioral programming in in-home supports.
- Train BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) and RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) on Behavior Support Plan (BSP) implementation.
- Develop and implement systems ensuring fidelity of behavioral interventions.
- Troubleshoot and provide on-site support for behavioral crisis.
- Collaborate with directors, stakeholders, and risk management in a team setting.
- Establish behavioral guidelines and consistent practices across Benchmark’s system of care.
- Develop, review, and update behavioral policies and procedures.
- Participate in compliance initiatives, audits, surveys, and accreditation activities related to behavioral supports.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data and outcome measurements.
- Flexibly adjust your schedule to meet program needs and provide necessary supervision.
- Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and training requirements.
- Licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Five years of experience providing oversight in a behavioral setting
- PhD in Behavior Analysis or related field (preferred)
- Five years of experience working with individuals with IDD and or a co-occurring disability (preferred)
- Five years of supervisory experience (preferred)
