Job Title : Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
About the Role
The BCBA will provide overall behavioral supports to clients and staff, utilizing expertise in human behavior and data interpretation.
Responsibilities :
- Document behavioral services and provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training.
- Maintain systems for collecting objective data and program-specific information.
- Complete functional assessments annually and as needed.
- Develop Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) that meet standards and address client needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend meetings as directed.
- Conduct departmental training and maintain client confidentiality.
