Job Description:
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Manager to supervise and ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management within the Agency scope of services and Nurse Practice Act.
The RN will provide staff training and direct intervention to meet the health care needs of clients served. This hybrid position oversees programs in multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct monitoring, assessment, and staff training of healthcare services.
- Manage and direct a team of nurses ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate services.
- Meet with clinical staff on a regular basis to provide guidance and information related to specific issues.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions to enable staff to resolve client and/or reimbursement/prior authorization issues.
