We are currently hiring a Production Manager to supervise production operations providing support over Mail Services production including Presort, Inserting, Inkjet, Meters, and Drivers. Production Manager will also oversee fleet and equipment maintenance.

Hours available : M-F 10 am - 7 pm

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

Provide guidance, analysis and support to all areas of Operations.

Supervise and oversee SLA of all areas of Operations and associated tracking and monitoring.

Oversee and support First Class mail operations until completion daily.

Oversee inventory, order shipping and receiving for all areas of Operations.

Supervise Operations Staff including; development, evaluation , and support.

Maximize operational efficiencies and control expenses in all areas of Operation.

Assure ISO Quality Assurance protocols are followed in all areas of Operations.

Comply with and enforce all OSHA safety guidelines for all areas of Operations.

Provide maintenance support needed for all areas of Operations, Fleet, and personnel.

Serve as technical resources in meetings.

Assist with all aspects of Operation as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Comfortable with basic machine maintenance

Knowledge of first class and third class mail preparation preferred.

Experience in the use of personal computers.

Ability to practice quality customer service.

Positive and effectively communicate to staff and office employees.

Qualifications :

Maintenance Experience

Experience in Operations Management

High school Diploma / GED

Good communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft applications

Valid Indiana Driver's license and insurance
