Job Summary:
As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting across our insurance brokerage, construction company, and real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall goals of the organization.
- Conduct in-depth financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis for each business unit.
- Identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
Accounting and Reporting
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting for all entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Establish and maintain accounting standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.
- Manage intercompany transactions and ensure proper reconciliation.
Operational Oversight
- Lead financial operations for the insurance brokerage, including premium accounting, carrier payables, and commission tracking.
- Supervise financial management in the construction company, including job costing, cash flow management, and project accounting.
- Oversee real estate portfolio finances, including property budgeting, asset valuation, and performance analysis.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
- Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements specific to each industry.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals across business units.

Qualifications:
