Benchmark Insurance Group and Rise Group Investments is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Integration and Systems Manager to oversee the implementation, integration, and management of our companys hardware, software, and third-party systems. This role is central to ensuring seamless intercompany communication, optimizing IT infrastructure, and driving technological advancements that align with business goals. The ideal candidate has strong coding expertise, experience in software integrations, and a proven ability to develop and maintain custom solutions, including websites.
Key Responsibilities :
Systems Integration and Management :
- Lead the design, deployment, and integration of IT systems to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
- Oversee the compatibility of hardware and software across intercompany systems.
- Manage third-party platform integrations to optimize operational efficiency
- Development and Customization :
- Write, review, and maintain code for system integrations and custom software.
- Manage company websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Customize APIs to enable secure and effective communication between platforms.
- IT Infrastructure Management :
- Maintain the health, performance, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement updates and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure business continuity through robust backup and recovery strategies.
- Collaboration and Leadership :
- Act as the technical liaison between departments to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT systems with organizational objectives.
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams as needed.
- Security and Compliance :
- Implement and enforce IT policies to safeguard data and systems.
- Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
