Benchmark International is hiring: Experienced Graphic Designer in Tampa

Benchmark International is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team and assist with strategic marketing initiatives for our growing company. This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and is located at the Tampa office headquarters. The candidate must have capable skills in both print and digital media. Benchmark International is looking for someone who can take direction from written and spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional design solutions that engage target audiences.
• Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across different media.
• Create eye-catching visuals, including but not limited to social media graphics, digital advertising, brochures, flyers, presentations, and more.
• Manage time to meet project deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources.
• Prioritize tasks and projects according to business’s needs and turn-around time.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, clearly communicate creative ideas, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Design and layout unique marketing materials that represent Benchmark International’s brand in a positive way.
• Edit original and stock photos, and corporate headshots, for use in marketing material.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation

This position will receive an annual salary of $70,000.
