Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing technology projects in a global law firm, or similar professional services environment. In addition, the candidate must also demonstrate a history of being involved in the day-to-day activities of a large and successfully delivered technology program. The successful candidate will have a varied and demonstrable background of both being part of an execution team in charge of a team delivering the day-to-day work required in a large project and subsequently being a project manager in charge of the work they used to do.
This role reports to the Director of US Technology Solutions.
Responsibilities include :
Leading and managing technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
Ensuring effective communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to senior management.
Conducting post-project evaluations and implementing lessons learned.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team.

Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic vision.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, global technology initiatives.
Ability to thrive within a global matrix organization.
Ability to collaborate with the global IS Training and firm professional development teams to deliver education in relevant technologies across all regions.
Understanding of project sponsorship, stakeholder management, portfolio governance, and processes for reviewing, accepting, and promoting project work.
Excellent client service skills with a focus on world-class communication to all stakeholders and ability to effectively partner with all firm IS functions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience :
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, particularly focusing on technology projects.
Proven experience managing projects in a global law firm or professional services environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
ITIL Foundation certification, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Significant experience in implementing ITSM and ITIL best practices.
Successful history of executing against a clear Target Operating Model (TOM) to optimize project delivery.
Extensive and demonstrable understanding of cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, IntApp Cloud, and iManage 10 Cloud, with specific evidence of successful project delivery.
Hands-on knowledge of Apple and Android devices, as well as experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms, specifically Microsoft Intune.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is helpful.
Familiarity with operating within a Technology function that utilizes a Target Operating Model (TOM) and RACI approach for program delivery, as well as an ITSM / ITIL approach to service delivery and metrics.

The base annual salary range for this position is : $125-145k.
