Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs
- Connect with patients and clinical team members within the organization
- Deliver the highest quality care and meet the standards of clinical excellence
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
