Responsibilities:
This role will involve providing specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment to patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries and chronic pain.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
