Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote optimal outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
