BenchMark Physical Therapy, a locally operated brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic Director to join our team in the Keizer/Salem area

SALARY RANGE{{:}} $95,000 - $110,000

What You Need…

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
