**Job Description**
As a Physical Therapist, you will excel at providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for patients
- Delivering individualized care and education to patients and families

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
