Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just a few blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and offers its guests a wide variety of activities and amenities. As Jackson’s largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals.
Overview
This position will primarily handle Banquet prep duties and assist as needed in other areas of Culinary.

Overview
This position will primarily handle Banquet prep duties and assist as needed in other areas of Culinary.
Essential Functions
- Check daily production sheets and check with Chef or lead cook as to daily work need.
- Assist in any area of the kitchen as needed.
- Prepares food items according to specific standards.
- Timely execution of all meal functions.
- Complete all assignments requested.
- Maintain a high level of sanitation, safety and food quality.
- Maintain a superior level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of standard procedures.
- Knowledge of kitchens and storage areas.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, management and staff.
- Must understand and comply with house policies and procedures, job description, chemical labels and other instructions.

- Previous Banquet prep experience.
- Knowledge and practice of food safety
