Join a dynamic finance team in a growth-oriented law firm! We’re looking for an Accounting Coordinator to support daily accounting operations and ensure seamless financial processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients while maintaining strict confidentiality.
What You’ll Do
- Process and track expense reports, vendor payments, and client reimbursements.
- Reconcile credit card and bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and report on accounts receivable balances.
- Accurately record client payments and trust transactions.
- Code expenses to general ledger accounts.
- Assist the Head of Finance with financial reporting.
- Support operational functions as needed for a growing law firm.
What You’ll Need
- Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- Experience: 2 years in accounts payable/receivable.
- Law firm (or professional services) experience preferred, but not required.
- Software Preference: Clio, SurePoint, CosmoLex, Intellek
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required)
Salary : $60,000 - $68,000
