We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Accounting Manager / Controller to join our client's team located in far North Dallas. This is a 100% in office role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for construction projects.
- Perform cost tracking and analysis to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Generate regular financial reports for project stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive project financial statements.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during project audits.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and incorporate them into practices.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience with at least 2 years in construction.
- Accounting or Finance Degree (open to other degrees if have the experience).
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
