What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams on audits and special projects.
- Mentor and develop a small team of accounting professionals.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certification: CPA required
- Experience: 10 years in accounting, including general ledger management and implementing internal controls.
- Proficiency with accounting systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
