Senior Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain compliance with GAAP. This role will manage financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and cash flow while providing key insights to support business growth. The Senior Accounting Manager will also mentor the accounting team and collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and conduct variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and oversee accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Oversee tax processing, debt payments, and compliance reporting.
• Strengthen and enforce financial policies, controls, and procedures.
• Lead annual audits and drive process improvements in accounting operations.
• Identify and implement efficiency enhancements in financial workflows.
• Maintain relationships with external tax and audit partners.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team to enhance performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• 12 years of accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and general ledger management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across teams effectively.
