Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia desired.
