Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic CNA to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting. You'll also document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to our staff.
Your main goal will be to create a warm and comfortable environment for our residents, engaging them in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. We're looking for someone who can utilize customer service skills to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Delivering Personalized Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Care Documentation: Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to our staff.
- Engaging Residents: Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Customer Service: Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional care.
Requirements
- Licensure: Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Dementia Experience: Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
