Clinical Coordinator/Scheduler

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will partner with the Resident Care Director (RCD)/ Mind and Memory Director for all administrative tasks for the Wellness Department.    Duties/Responsibilities: Checks ADL books/resident electronic health record (myUnity) for documentation and completion of care. Develops Resident Care Associate (RCA) staffing schedule in conjunction with the MMD..  Responsibility to support and assist RCA staff with training and in-service completion. Ensures accuracy of RCA Assignments on paper or in Yardi and provides them to staff (if using Yardi/paper system). Orders and maintains sufficient supplies for the Resident Care department. Provides the Receptionist/Concierge with documentation (face sheets, DNRs, medication lists, etc.) for the Resident Emergency binders upon move-in, as required, and when changes occur. Assists with providing information and completing documentation for town/state-funded programs (if applicable).
