What are the responsibilities and job description for the LNA / PCA - Resident Care Harbor position at Benchmark Senior Living?
We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant or LNA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant or a Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Sign on bonus $500.00
Must have PCA Certificate or LNA.
If you don't have a PCA we will pay for your PCA certificate course. If you have a valid NH LNA license that meets our hiring requirements.
PCA/ LNA Duties & Responsibilities

PCA/ LNA Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
- Valid PCA / LNA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
