About the Position
In this role, you will direct and supervise the daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants, mentor and guide Lead Resident Care Assistants, and coordinate care needs with community providers.
Main Responsibilities
- Document residents' health status accurately and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise and direct Resident Care Assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Mentor and guide Lead Resident Care Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate care needs with community providers to ensure comprehensive support for residents.
- Promote resident independence while balancing service demands.
- Identify and prevent elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and know when to seek additional support.
