Nursing Care Opportunities:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to their overall well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required. Experience working with people with dementia is also desired.
