Benchmark Senior Living is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to assist in managing the successful operation of the Resident Care Department, under the leadership of the Resident Care Director. Responsibility includes direct oversight, coaching, and direct supervision of all resident care service providers in the community. Provide on-floor nursing support to our residents and interact with family members. Incumbent will also conduct external and internal assessments and be available to take on call as needed.
Employment Status: Full Time
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
Required Education & Experience:

Required Education & Experience:
- Registered Nurse license in Connecticut per state
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing, plus a minimum 2 years of experience OR Associate's Degree in Nursing, plus minimum 4 years of experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience must be in Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice
- Certified in Gerontology through the American Nurses Credentialing Association a plus
- Knowledge of Dementia care a plus
