Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
Requirements
• Valid CNA/HHA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with individuals with dementia desired
